The cornerstone of our company began in 1997, as a mixed use development project. A total of 65 acres were purchased in Twinsburg, Ohio. This $60 million dollar Wilcox Place at Canyon Falls Corporate Center project encompasses a Hilton Garden Inn with Conference Center, five restaurants, (Blue Canyon Kitchen & *Tavern, Wendy's Damion's, Cracker Barrel and Donato's). The project includes three office buildings totaling 100,000 sq. ft.
The Story is simple - Gateway Hospitality Group developed a niche product, which is a hybrid of a focused-service property with full service amenities; it also includes conference space as well as exception food and beverage for our guest's banquet, business and dining needs.
Our backbone and focus is on food & beverage. We are able to execute the finest culinary creations by hiring General Managers that have culinary exposure. Our food and beverage team is quality focused and has an eye, taste and creative approach to presentation, which drives our end product and is the foundation of our success.
Our culinary passion enables us to continually focus on the event and meeting market iwth the food and beverage side of the business. We utilize our combined full service expertise and talents to make our properties stand out as the hotel of choice for executive travelers who want and expect more in today's competitive hospitality market.
We are a management Company for Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt Place. All properties are newly built, and our rapid growth is a direct result of our product niche with the following properties in our portfolio:

- Hilton Garden Inn - Pittsburgh/Southpointe, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania Opened October 2001

Missoula mixed use $32 million dollar development project, which includes the Hilton Garden

We have single-handedly provided the market place with a fair room rate, outstanding room amenities, in addition to the best food, beverage and event venues. At any of Gateway Hospitality Group's hotels, customers receive mid-priced accommodations (due to low overhead costs) coupled with the banquet and meeting space needed to fulfill celebrations and corporate functions.
