The hotel is located in the Northwest corner of US-75 and FM 691 on the Denison side of the city line between Denison and Sherman. The hotel site is approximately 7 acres in size with plans for a 150-room Hilton Garden Inn, and approximately 20,000 square feet of integrated meeting space. The Hilton Garden Inn – Denison will be finished to a level above franchise standards and include most amenities typical of an upscale full-service lodging facility. The hotel site is located in a lifestyle center. It is planned to include major retail, restaurants, entertainment and residential development.
The Hilton Garden Inn – Denison will offer a superior product, superior guest service, and meeting/convention facilities not currently offered as a total package within the competitive select-service lodging market.
