George M. Iannacone, Regional Director of Operations, Midwest Region
George M. Iannacone, Regional Director of Operations, Midwest Region for Gateway Hospitality Group, and General Manger of the Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown is a 31-year hospitality veteran and a native of Cleveland, Ohio.
Iannacone began his career at Doubletree Hotels in Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona, after graduating from University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration.
His hands-on managerial style and entrepreneurial sprit has afforded the Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown tremendous growth since its inception in 2001. His strong leadership has propelled many of his downtown TEAM members to high level positions within the Gateway Hospitality Group organization as well as positions throughout the country with other Gateway Hospitality Group of managed hotels.
Prior to joining Gateway Hospitality Group, Iannacone held several high-level management positions with Sheraton Cleveland City Centre Hotel, Cleveland Racquet and Country Club, Metro Health Medical Center, and Marriott Hotels.
