Margaret Hill, Director of Procurement

Margaret Hill is a 20 year hospitality professional with experience in hotel operations, sales, and purchasing.

Since taking on the procurement role at Gateway Hospitality Group, Margaret has successfully managed the procurement and installation on schedule for all of the operating hotels.

Her operations background is key to effectively communicating to vendors and owners the needs of a hotel operation and at same time keeping costs within budget.

Margaret, handles the complete procurement management of F, F & E and O, S & E and successfully negotiates the best price, product quality, and service. Responsibilities include creating budgets, specifying property management system, telephone, and other support systems. Procurement duties include executing purchase orders, coordinating delivery, scheduling, overseeing installation, receiving goods, writing and implementing return or damaged items policy, as well as, reconciling invoices.
